We want you to have a smooth experience with Dr. Acharya’s Ayurveda. This page explains our policy for product returns and refunds.

Return Eligibility

If you receive a product that is damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, you may request a return. Please contact our support team within 48 hours of receiving the product so that we can assist you.

Conditions for Returns

  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
  • The return request should be made within the allowed time frame.
  • Proof of purchase or order details may be required.

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for products that have been opened, used, or returned without their original packaging.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days. The refund will be issued through the original payment method used during the purchase whenever possible.
